Your information

Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Burnett Technologies LLC actually does with information when you use burnetttechnologies.com. It matches how the site works today, including while the business is launching and not booking jobs yet.

We do not sell personal information. The site does not run an advertising network, and it does not keep a visitor database.

Effective October 25, 2026

Email and phone

You can reach us from the site by email or phone. Those links open your own email app or phone. Nothing is sent until you send it. The website does not store the message.

If you email mark@burnetttechnologies.com, we receive what you choose to include, usually:

  • Your email address
  • Your name, if you put it in the message
  • Whatever you write in the subject and body

The "Get launch news" link starts an email with the subject "Burnett Technologies launch." Use it, or say so in your own words, if you want a note when the business opens.

If you call or text (678) 383-0771, we receive the phone number and the contents of the call or text. That published number is a Google Voice line, so Google processes the call or text in order to deliver it to us. We then see it in that business inbox.

While the site is launching, the contact page redirects home, so the quote form is not shown. When that form is available, it still does not save what you type on our servers. Submitting it opens your email app with the fields you filled in:

  • Your name
  • City or area (optional)
  • The service you picked, if any
  • The details you typed

We receive those details only if you send the email.

The Iron Hollow "update list" box is turned off. It does not accept an address, and we do not keep a newsletter or game-update mailing list.

How we use it

We use email and phone messages to:

  • Reply to your question
  • Send a launch notice, if you asked for one
  • Keep the conversation in our email or phone inbox so we can follow up

We do not sell this information. We do not share it with other companies for their marketing. We do not add you to a third-party mailing list.

Your own email provider or phone carrier handles the message on your side. On our side, the inbox that receives it is the tool we use to read and answer you. We may also disclose a message if the law requires it.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and protect the service, a host processes ordinary connection logs. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, the time of the request, and a status code.

We use that information to operate the site, fix errors, and respond to abuse. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. Vercel keeps infrastructure logs under its own practices as our hosting provider. This policy does not change Vercel's practices for data it processes as the host.

The public site at burnetttechnologies.com is served over HTTPS.

Cookies and analytics

The site code does not set cookies, and it does not use browser storage to recognize you. There is no account login and no payment checkout on the site.

We have not installed Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, or any other analytics or advertising script. Fonts are included with the site and are not loaded from a third-party font service when you visit.

If we later add a form that stores submissions, a mailing list, or an analytics tool, we will update this page and the effective date before relying on that new practice.

Children

This is a general business site for adults, including parents and small-business owners. "Build a PC with your kid" describes a future in-home lesson that a parent would arrange. The site is not directed at children, and it does not ask children to submit information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email mark@burnetttechnologies.com and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

The website itself does not keep a database of visitors or contact-form submissions.

Emails and phone messages stay in those inboxes so we can answer you and, if you asked, tell you when the business opens. We keep them while that purpose still applies. We delete them when we no longer need them, or sooner if you ask, unless we have to keep a copy to meet a legal duty.

Records of a future paid job will be described in the customer service agreement for that job. This website policy is not that agreement.

Deletion requests

Email mark@burnetttechnologies.com or call or text (678) 383-0771 and ask us to delete the contact information you sent. Tell us the email address or phone number you used so we can find the messages.

We will delete those messages from our email and phone inboxes unless the law requires us to keep something. We cannot erase copies that remain in your own email app or phone, or short-lived hosting logs that Vercel keeps to run the site.

Changes

We may update this policy if the site starts collecting something new or if our contact practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. The date of this version is October 25, 2026.
