Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Burnett Technologies website at burnetttechnologies.com. They are the rules for browsing this site. They are not a contract to repair a computer, build a PC, set up a network, make a website, or teach a lesson.

Effective October 25, 2026

Acceptance

The site is operated by Burnett Technologies LLC in Woodstock, GA, Cherokee County, Georgia. Mark Burnett II is the owner.

By visiting or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please leave the site. These terms took effect on October 25, 2026.

Informational site

The site describes a local computer business that is launching soon in Woodstock, Cherokee County, and metro Atlanta. The preview covers computer repair, custom PC builds, home networking, websites and hosting, and in-home "Build a PC with your kid" lessons. It also introduces Iron Hollow, a game project still in development.

The site is informational. We are not booking jobs through it yet. Service descriptions and lesson descriptions are a preview. They are not an offer to enter a contract, and they do not obligate either of us.

A service relationship starts only when you and Burnett Technologies LLC accept a separate written agreement for that specific job. Sending an email, calling, or texting does not book work and does not create that agreement.

Availability and pricing

Website copy alone does not guarantee that a service is available, what it will cost, when it can be scheduled, which parts will be used, or how long the work will take. Availability, price, and turnaround are confirmed only in the separate written agreement for a booked job.

We may change, pause, or remove anything on the site, including service descriptions and Iron Hollow details, without notice. Iron Hollow is a work in progress. Pages about it are not a promise of a release date, features, platforms, or a demo.

Your use of the site

Use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:

  • Disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or try to get around its security
  • Use it to send spam, malware, or unlawful material
  • Scrape or copy it in a way that degrades the site for other visitors
  • Pretend to be Burnett Technologies LLC, Mark Burnett II, or another person
  • Use the site in a way that violates the law or these terms

Our content

The site's text, graphics, logos, layout, photos, and Iron Hollow material shown here are owned by Burnett Technologies LLC or its licensors, unless a credit says otherwise. You may view the site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, republish, or reuse the content or the site design for your own business without prior written permission, except for the limited uses copyright law allows (such as quoting a short passage with credit).

Trademarks

Apple, Lenovo, and HP are trademarks of their respective owners. Burnett Technologies is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Other product and company names that appear on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentioning a brand does not mean that company sponsors or endorses Burnett Technologies.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by Georgia law, Burnett Technologies LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Information on the site is general. It is not a diagnosis of your computer, network, or website, and it is not professional, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on a page here as instructions for a specific repair. Wait until we have looked at the actual job and agreed to it in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by the laws of the State of Georgia, Burnett Technologies LLC and Mark Burnett II are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or your reliance on its content.

Our total liability for a claim about your use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us specifically to access the website. That amount is zero, because the site is free to browse. If a Georgia law does not allow a limit or exclusion, that limit applies only to the extent the law allows.

This section is about use of the website. It does not set the liability terms for a future paid job. Those terms belong in the separate service agreement for that job.

Job agreements

When booking starts, repair, custom build, home networking, website, hosting, and "Build a PC with your kid" lesson jobs will use a customer service agreement or work authorization. That document will cover the scope of work, price, parts, timing, deposits, and what happens to your device, files, or site.

These Terms of Use are not that job contract. Until both sides accept a written agreement for a specific job, Burnett Technologies LLC has not agreed to perform it.

Georgia law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about these website terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business opens and the site changes. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms. If a change is not acceptable to you, stop using the site.
